Thank you so much for the information. May I take this chance to say yet again to the MD how impressed I am with the Marrutt service and courtesy and contact care! It is rare these days.
May I also say after a number of months of playing with refillable cartridges (and Lyson ink) with very poor results on my R800 I ordered the CIS kit from you. It arrived in 24 hours worked within half an hour perfect!!
Clear instructions, well packed complete kit, excellent service all round.
I should also say I used to be MD of a number of companies so know the difficulties of good service!

In the end 5 lights kept coming on so when Jake from Lyson rang me he was keen to help. I went to the work place and Jake very kindly gave me a new set of cartridges which I have now charged and as I e-mail you now all lights are out and we are printing again.

You are brilliant! Your solution for fixing a non operating Epson 1290 using the 'Reset Procedure' worked like a dream and the printer is now happily chugging away as it used to. Incidentally before contacting you I had tried to get it repaired at an Epson Agent shop in Salisbury but they said they couldn't do it and the printer would have to be returned to Epson!

Your online service I can not fault, either with ease of use or delivery. One of my gripes with buying online is that with some companies there is often no phone number to contact a living person and it takes a lot

Nowadays large companies do not appear to want to help when problems occur, or so we are led to believe. I can categorically state this is not the case when Lyson and Nazdar are the companies in question.
My problem was a difficult one so I rang John at Marrutt's, he put me on to Adam Slack at Nazdar in Stockport. Because I live close by I was able to take my printer down to the Nazdar premises where Adam and his team were able to help me with my problems. I must recommend Adam for his professionalism and attitude to customers, he is very busy but still finds the time to make a person feel that any problem is worth sorting out.
Over two days his team solved my problems completely and all I can do is show my
appreciation by pointing out what a competent and efficient person Adam is, backed up by his team of course.
Thanks to Adam, Sandra and Alan for helping me in my hour of need and of course John for
initiating the start of the process.
I sign off a very satisfied and contented digitaliser, happy to use the Nazdar products knowing that
help is always at hand.

A couple of months ago I rang you for advice with regards to a problem I was having with the Lyson CIS system for the Epson 1290 (I had inadvertently put the wrong ink in one of the chambers!!!) You then kindly advise me and sent me a syringe and tapered adaptor ( Ref: John/127421/0) at no cost to myself.
First I'd like to thank you for helping me get my system back up and running and secondly for supplying the syringe etc. at no cost to myself - its nice to (now rarely!) get this level of service from companies, you could have easily charged me but choose not to! So again I'd like to thank you and I shall certainly be using Marrutt again and recommending you to my friends and colleagues.

A brief note to say "thank you" for responding to my difficulty with the ink flow so quickly - I really appreciate your patience and attention when I made the journey to Uckfield.
All is now safely returned to its place in the office and the ink is flowing better than ever!
When I am not pressing the shutter (and getting frustrated with the difference between what I thought I saw and what the camera produced), I am involved in developing Customer Care programme's so can offer my congratulations to you and the team at Uckfield for putting the customer first. It really does make a difference and will generate high levels if customer loyalty in an increasingly competitive market place.

I was able to produce some excellent results with good tonal range and some improvement in the blacks.
Especially since using the "Manual- Roll" paper source, I at last found out how to access the "Watercolour Paper; Radient White" Media Type setting.( Before it was always in grey)

I am writing to thank you for all the help and support you gave me when I was installing the CIS on my R1800 printer. The customer service was excellent and the advice and help made the task that much easier. When I continued to have problems replacement cartridges were tried and unfortunately this did not solve the problem I was having. The complete system was replaced and the system worked beautifully. The inks themselves are of superb quality and now I have the system running I am looking forward to troublefree printing.
If many other companies had a good customer support as I recieved then there would not be so many aggrieved people.

I am pleased to be able to endorse both You, Marrutts and your products and service. I checked my computer and found that it was already set the way you suggested except for the fact that I could not find the Black point you referred to. This is probably due to my lack of knowledge, I am self taught and only learn the things I need to use.
My photography is another matter and dates back to 1956. The colours are excellent and I am delighted not to have to keep putting in those cartridges for £1 per ml. Thanks for all your help and I look forward to a few more years pleasure.
